Pop Art Milly the Labradoodle
My first time getting to use my newer style on a paid, custom painting. I received a very happy photo of Milly the Labradoodle to use as a sample image. All the curls were a bit of a challenge but the details also made this painting my favourite painting yet. I layered different colours over each other for a few more days than I had before and I think that really added an extra dimension to this painting.
This painting has been sold and successfully shipped to the new, happy owner.

New York Vespa on Park Ave. Walking down Park Ave and I had to wait for the traffic light, I loved the contrast of the green Vespa with a red emergency alarm box on the street corner. It looks like a dance party waiting to happen with a window display complete with a disco ball.
